Students visited the Zonal State Archives in Kobrin as part of the «Young Archivist» project

On December 18, 2025, a lesson for 10th-grade students in the archive’s reading room was held on developing an archival inventory of files. This event was aimed at introducing the students to the basics of archival work and the importance of proper document recording and storage.

During the lesson, the students were introduced to various file inventories: permanent storage period and personnel records. Archive specialists explained the principles of archival inventory formation, their structure, and their importance for preserving historical memory.

This event not only broadens the students’ knowledge of the archival profession but also develops their document management skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail. We are confident that the students found this lesson interesting and useful.
