Monitoring at the Zonal State Archives in Zhlobin and the Zhlobin District Enforcement Department

On December 11, 2025, I.M.Loiko, a representative of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, monitored compliance with occupational health and safety and fire safety requirements at the Zonal State Archives in Zhlobin and the Zhlobin District Enforcement Department.

Employees focused on monitoring compliance with labor and occupational health and safety laws, fire safety, equipment compliance with occupational safety requirements, provision of personal protective equipment to employees, the condition of sanitary facilities, and training in safe work practices.

On the same day, Yu.V.Shestopalov, Director of the State Archives of the Gomel Region, met with G.A.Dudareva, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Zhlobin, to share their experiences. He was given a tour of the building, during which colleagues discussed practical aspects of the work, current problems, and prospects for further cooperation.

The event was not without a pleasant surprise. In the presence of the heads of the regional and zonal archives, Yu.V.Shestopalov and G.A.Dudareva, as well as archive staff, E.A.Stolerova, chief accountant of the Zonal State Archive in Zhlobin, was awarded a commendation from the Main Department of Justice of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee for her conscientious work, responsible performance of her official duties, and high professionalism.
