On holding a working meeting with developers of a unified information system for electronic document management, control, and operational reporting

In order to fulfill the instructions of O.L.Voinov, Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, dated December 4, 2025, a working meeting was held at the Department of Archives and Records Management (hereinafter referred to as the Department) on December 11, 2025, chaired by A.E.Tsvetkov, Deputy Director of the Department, on the creation of a unified information system for electronic document management, control, and operational reporting (hereinafter referred to as the ESDM).

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Department, A.E.Rybakov, Director of the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Science; A.A.Paplevka, Deputy Director of the Belarusian Center for Digitalization of Archival Activities; and representatives of the Republican Unitary Enterprise Digital Development Center (developers of the Unified Electronic Document Management System), led by Deputy Director S.N.Belikov.

During the meeting, key aspects of the development of the Unified Electronic Document Management System were discussed. Based on the results of the analysis of the draft Technical Passport for the Digital Development Event, approved by the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus K.B.Zalessky on November 17, 2025, and the accompanying analytical materials, the developer of the Unified Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) received comments and suggestions on the draft.
