On the Seminar «Formation and Registration of Files. Transfer of Documents to the Organization’s Archive and to the State Archive for Permanent Storage» Held by the State Archives in Orsha

On December 11, 2025, Natalia Kotlovskaya, a first-category archivist in the State Archives’ National Archives Formation Department, held a seminar on «Formation and Registration of Files. Transfer of Documents to the Organization’s Archive and to the State Archive for Permanent Storage» at the Orsha State Archives’ Department of Agriculture and Food of the Orsha District Executive Committee.

Representatives of agricultural enterprises in the Orsha District, sources of the State Archives in Orsha, participated in the seminar. The seminar also addressed the write-off of documents and files not subject to storage, as well as the processing of certain types of documents.
