Meeting of the BSAML Management with Graduating Students of the BSU Philology Faculty

On November 12, 2025, the Director of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BSAML) E.A.Makarenko met with students at the BSU Philology Faculty to discuss possible employment prospects and professional development in the archival field.

E.A.Makarenko discussed the links between the archive-museum and the BSU Philology Faculty, emphasized the importance and significance of the classical education received at the faculty, and introduced future young specialists to the activities of BSAML.

The meeting was moderated by Sergei Aleksandrovich Vazhnik, Dean of the BSU Philology Faculty, PhD in Philology, and Associate Professor.

The event was attended by the leadership of the Yakub Kolas Institute of Linguistics and the Yanka Kupala Institute of Literary Studies, the Center for Research on Belarusian Culture, Language, and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, secondary educational institutions of the republic, and others.

Participation in such meetings will help future young professionals better understand labor market requirements and establish contacts with potential employers.
