«Archives for School» Campaign at the Navahrudak College of Technology and Security

In October 2025, as part of the «Archives for School» campaign, the Navahrudak College of Technology and Security held a themed memorial hour, «Nazi Germany’s Plans for Genocide», using archival documents from the Navahrudak region as examples.

During the event, A.S. Zabelinskaya, Director of the Zonal State Archives in Navahrudak, introduced students to the exhibition «We Stood and Won», whose documents and photographs, among other things, document the genocide committed against the civilian population of Navahrudak during the Great Patriotic War. A screening of the documentaries «The History of the Great Victory» and «The Liberation of Grodno» was also organized.

Such meetings foster active civic engagement among young people and promote awareness of the importance of preserving the truthful historical memory of our people.
