Tour of the BelAZ Plant by Employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus

On October 12, 2025, employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as NARB) visited one of the flagships of the republic’s automotive industry – the BelAZ plant in Zhodino. The tour was timed to coincide with the professional holiday, Archivist’s Day, and was organized with the support of the NARB primary trade union organization.

The archivists were given a tour of the plant’s museum and were introduced to the plant’s history, achievements, and traditions. A visit to the heavy-duty truck assembly shop, where a demonstration of the dump truck assembly process was unforgettable, left an unforgettable impression.

Archive employees had the opportunity to climb aboard the world’s largest quarry dump truck, view product samples on the observation deck, and even take a ride in the legendary BelAZ trucks.

The tour evoked strong emotions and left an unforgettable impression on the NARB archivists.
