Congratulations on the 70th birthday and Archivist’s Day to former employee and Honored Archivist of Belarus Nina Sergeevna Skaptsova

The administration of the Mogilev Region State Archives, together with the chairperson of the primary trade union organization, visited Nina Sergeevna Skaptsova on October 6, 2025, and congratulated her on her 70th birthday and Archivist’s Day with warm words and flowers. They wished her good health, warmth, longevity, and the attention of her family and friends.

Nina Sergeevna worked for nearly 30 years as the head of the Department of Scientific Use of Documents and Information. She worked to ensure the comprehensive use of archival documents. She prepared radio programs and articles that were published in district and regional newspapers and the journal «Archives and Records Management».

She fulfilled inquiries, compiled calendars of significant and memorable dates in the history of the Mogilev region, and also worked on document discovery.

She participated in the creation of the book «Nazi Gold from Belarus» and the reference book «On Civilian Detention Facilities in Belarus (1941-1944)».
