A celebratory event dedicated to National Unity Day was held at the Vitebsk Cadet School with the participation of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region

On September 17, 2025, a celebratory event dedicated to National Unity Day was held at the Vitebsk Cadet School with the participation of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region. During the event, cadets were introduced to a set of documents from the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region related to the annexation of Western Belarus to the Byelorussian SSR, an exhibition prepared by Vitebsk archivists for National Unity Day, and they also watched the documentary «Reunification», created by the Belarusian State Archives of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents.
