On the Participation of Employees of the Belarusian State Film, Photo, and Sound Archive in a Motor Rally Dedicated to National Unity Day

On September 17, Belarus celebrates National Unity Day, a date that symbolizes the reunification of the country’s western and eastern lands. This event, which took place in 1939, was a significant milestone in history: millions of Belarusians, previously separated by a state border, found themselves in a single union republic.

Today, National Unity Day symbolizes peace and the unbroken connection between generations. This date marks the reunification of the country’s western and eastern lands. Archive employees, trade union representatives, members of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BRSM), and members of Belaya Rus LLC took an active part in the commemorative events dedicated to National Unity Day, specifically the motor rally from Dzerzhinsk to Mount Dzerzhinskaya. The main goal of the motor rally is to remind people of the profound meaning of National Unity Day and to strengthen a sense of community and pride in our country and its history.
