Molodechno region welcomed young specialists: meeting with district leadership and inspiring parting words from archivists

A meeting was held in Molodechno between the chairman of the district executive committee Pavel Gubko and young specialists who arrived in 2025 to work in district institutions and organizations: 326 young professionals, 102 of whom were from out of town. Among them were doctors, teachers, farmers, journalists and representatives of other professions important for the development of the region.

The meeting was moderated by the head of the department of ideology and youth affairs of the district executive committee Oksana Burak, who set the tone for an open dialogue and emphasized the importance of the personal involvement of each young specialist.

The honorable mission of immersing yesterday’s students in the history of the district was entrusted to the director of the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno, Inna Pudakevich. Her speech and presentation, filled with examples and archival materials, showed how the past shapes the values of the present and inspires creation. «Molodechno is not just a point on the map. This is a city where history speaks through documents, monuments, streets and faces. This is a place where youth is not an age, but a state of mind. And every archival sheet, every scene, every object speaks in a voice that sounds in unison with the future. And the future is you! Let your labor successes and exploits find their honorable place in the history of the Molodechno district!» – Inna Zenonovna’s parting words sounded.

Addressing the youth, Pavel Gubko, in turn, emphasized the importance of staff retention: «72% of young specialists who came to us in 2023 remained at the enterprises after completing their training. This is an indicator of trust, comfort and prospects that our district provides».

The chairman of the district Council of Deputies Lyudmila Kananovich also spoke to the young audience of specialists. She noted that the deputy corps is open to cooperation and is ready to support youth initiatives. The leader of the Molodechno district committee of the BRSM NGO Daria Yezerskaya spoke about the possibilities of self-realization and participation in projects. She invited everyone to join the organization to jointly develop volunteer, patriotic and cultural areas.

The meeting participants had the opportunity to ask the speakers questions that concerned them and discuss current topics. It was noted that such events play an important role in the adaptation of young specialists, strengthening their ties with the local community and forming a sense of involvement in the future of the district.
