About conducting a class on document management optimization

In accordance with the instructions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on optimizing official correspondence in republican government bodies, the Department of Archives and Records Management, in cooperation with the Department for the Protection of State Secrets and Documentation of the Ministry of Justice, analyzed in detail the volume of total document flow in the Ministry of Justice and made proposals to the Minister of Justice on a set of priority measures to optimize official correspondence.

In accordance with the instructions of the Minister of Justice, on September 3, 2025, a lesson «Practical approaches to optimizing document formation and document management» was held, which was attended by heads of structural divisions and employees responsible for office management in the structural divisions of the Ministry.

The Deputy Director of the Archives and Records Management Department, A.E.Tsvetkov, addressed the participants of the event with an introductory speech. He stressed the importance of the task set by the Government and the Minister of Justice to optimize official correspondence in the republican government bodies.

Director of the Belarusian Scientific Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Affairs A.E.Rybakov explained the main approaches to the organization of this work in the Ministry of Justice based on the developed Methodological Recommendations for optimizing document formation and document management in government agencies and other organizations. The main emphasis was placed on the application of measures to optimize official correspondence by introducing into practice the undocumented exchange of information on current management issues, minimizing official correspondence in the interaction of structural units of the Ministry of Justice, etc.
