On visiting the Day of Knowledge and presenting a set of books by employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Slutsk»

Director of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Slutsk» Borodina I.A. and head of the department of use and publication of documents Patskevich L.N. On September 1, they visited the State Educational Institution School No.5 of Slutsk, with which active cooperation is carried out during the republican campaign «Archives to School» and the pilot project «Young Archivist».

As part of the visit, the archive employees attended the lesson «Relay of Generations: Preserving the Past, Creating the Future» in grade 9 «A» and presented a set of books published as part of the project «Library of the Union State» which will take a worthy place in the school library. The books are dedicated to amazing people, national educators and significant events. Among the publications are the books «Ivan Fedorov and Francysk Skaryna. «Discovering a New World», «Simeon Polotsky. Ascetic and Educator», «Mikhail Lomonosov.
