BGAMLI took part in the ceremonial assembly of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.4 of Minsk»

On September 1, 2025, the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BGAMLI) took part in the ceremonial assembly of the State Educational Institution «Secondary School No.4 of Minsk» dedicated to the Day of Knowledge.

For the significant event – the opening of the school after major repairs – BGAMLI assisted in organizing a museum corner dedicated to the activities of concert brigades during the Great Patriotic War.

The director of the archive-museum Elena Aleksandrovna Makarenko congratulated students, teachers and parents on the beginning of the new academic year. In a ceremonial atmosphere, she presented the school with a valuable gift – the book «Simeon Polotsky. Ascetic and Educator», published within the framework of the «Library of the Union State» project. This gift is intended to inspire young schoolchildren to study the history and culture of their country.

The participation of BGAMLI in the ceremonial event confirms the importance of cooperation between the archive and educational institutions in preserving and popularizing the historical and cultural heritage of Belarus.
