Conducting a seminar for chief accountants and employees responsible for the archives of agricultural organizations of the Lida district

On August 20, 2025, the director of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida» S.G.Svirko held a seminar for chief accountants and employees responsible for the archives of agricultural organizations of the Lida district at the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Lida District Executive Committee. The seminar was devoted to the issues of bringing the organization of work with documents and the state of archives of agricultural organizations of the district into compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus on archival affairs and office work. The seminar discussed a set of measures to eliminate the debt on the acceptance of permanent storage documents with expired temporary storage periods by the zonal state archive in Lida.

After the end of the seminar, individual consultations were given by director S.G.Svirko and head of the department of office work, formation of the NAF and use of documents A.Yu.Lavrukevich.
