On August 13, 2025, the Deputy Head of the Grodno City Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Semenyuk D.V. gave a lecture on the topic «The problem of fires and the loss of life on them» to the staff of the National Historical Archives of Belarus in Grodno.

Semenyuk D.V. told the archive staff about the most common causes of fires, reminded them of the measures that need to be taken in the event of a fire. The lecturer also informed the audience about the behavior of people relaxing on the water, and mushroom and berry pickers in the forest. At the end of the meeting, the representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations answered questions of interest to the audience.
