The Institution «Zonal State Archive in Krichev» presents a virtual exhibition dedicated to the Year of Quality «The Best Workers of the Krichev Village on the Pages of Newspapers».

After the Great Patriotic War, the leaders of agriculture in the USSR were collective farmers and collective farm workers who selflessly worked to restore and develop the industry. In the BSSR, as well as throughout the Union, there was a mass movement to increase labor productivity and restore the destroyed economy.

Their names were often mentioned in the press, they were awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor, they were awarded orders and medals.
