About visiting the events of the republican holiday «Kupalye» «Alexandria gathers friends» by an employee of the institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Mogilev Region»
The republican holiday «Kupalye» was held on July 5-6 in the agro-town of Alexandria, Shklov district.
The main themes of the holiday this year were the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, the unity of the peoples of Belarus and Russia and traditional family universal values.
As part of these events, the archive employee Tatyana Shevchik visited the museum buses – «80 relics of Victory» of the international youth project «Roads of Memory and Glory», an exposition dedicated to youth and their contribution to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a traveling exhibition project on the reconstruction of the culture and life of the partisans of Western Polesie from Ivanovo, Brest region and the partisan camp of the Klichev district.
She also visited the exhibition-fair «Kupala Tree of Life», where folk craftsmen from all regions of Belarus presented their unique Belarusian farmsteads, in which they presented decorative and applied art products, original folk culture with regional features.
