Event in honor of the Independence Day of Belarus in the Rechitsa Agricultural College

Together with the Rechitsa District Organization of the ROO «Belaya Rus», the Rechitsa State Archives held an event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus (July 3) in the Rechitsa State Agricultural College. Leading specialist of the Rechitsa District Organization of the ROO «Belaya Rus» Galina Vladimirovna Shaton informed the students about the roots of this holiday and the price paid by the Belarusian people in the fight against fascism. Then the leading archeographer of the information and use of documents department of the ZGA in Rechitsa Sergey Aleksandrovich Zharnosenko spoke about the content of the documentary film «History of the Great Victory», prepared by the BGAKFFD for the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, after which the film was shown.
