The Zonal State Archives in Krichev held a training seminar
On June 19, 2025, the Zonal State Archives in Krichev held a training seminar with the organizations that are sources of staffing for the institution.
The seminar was attended by employees of agricultural organizations of the Krichev district: KSUP «Malyatichi – AGRO», KSUP «Dobrost», SPK «Kolkhoz im. Suvorova» and UKPP «Kommunalnik».
The seminar discussed issues related to the procedure for conducting an examination of the value of documents, drawing up an act on the allocation of documents for destruction that are not subject to storage, as well as the organization of work with documents during the office work year and after their completion, ensuring the safety of documents with a permanent storage period and on personnel, developing LPA, a nomenclature of cases, organizing work with electronic documents.
In addition, the seminar participants were provided with methodological assistance on issues of document support for the management of organizations.
In conclusion, the seminar participants thanked the organizers and noted the uniqueness and practical significance of the materials presented.
