The State Archives of the Grodno Region opened an exhibition of documents «Lost Lives and Fates» dedicated to the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People

On June 23, 2025, the State Archives of the Grodno Region opened an exhibition of documents «Lost Lives and Fates» dedicated to the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People.

The exhibition presents documentary materials about the tragedy of human destinies of the Great Patriotic War: documents about the destruction and atrocities of the Nazi occupiers, acts of death of partisans, eyewitness recollections of the burning of villages, recollections of a former prisoner of the Volkovysk prisoner of war camp and other documentary evidence that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Many documents are exhibited for the first time.
