On holding events at the institution «Zonal State Archive in Novogrudok» within the framework of the International Archives Week

From June 2 to 6, 2025, the institution «Zonal State Archive in Novogrudok» held events within the framework of the International Archives Week, dedicated to the International Archives Day – June 9.

During the week, 4 users (6 visits) contacted the reading room of the state archive on the issue of searching for archival information of a genealogical nature in order to compile their family tree, 17 consultations were provided by phone to citizens and representatives of legal entities.

The archival institution was also visited by representatives of the organization-source of acquisition – the institution «Museum «Castle Complex «Mir». During the meeting, consultations were given on the issues of compiling and formalizing the nomenclature of cases taking into account changes in the legislation on archival affairs and office work, organizing work with electronic documents, including practical assistance in working with the AIS «Departmental Archive».

Director A.S.Zabelinskaya spoke about the main areas of activity of the state archive at the present stage, achievements and development prospects in an interview with a correspondent of the Korelichi district newspaper «Polymya».
