An open meeting of the expert and methodological commission was held at the State Archives of Mogilev Region with the invitation of representatives of organizations that are sources of staffing the state archive

The meeting was attended by a specialist of the preschool educational institution of the Department of Sports and Tourism of the Mogilev City Executive Committee and an archivist of the educational institution «Mogilev State School of Olympic Reserve». The meeting discussed issues related to the work of the expert commissions of the organizations present, as well as the organization of office work and the work of the archive, including electronic document management and the implementation of the AIS «Departmental Archive».

Based on the results of the meeting, the representatives of the organizations were given the necessary recommendations that concern the organizational and legal support for the activities of the archives of organizations and the examination of the value of documents, the presence in organizations of local legal acts regulating office work and the work of the archive, provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the timely scientific and technical processing of documents, ensuring their safety and transfer of documents for permanent storage to the state archive.
