1. Regulatory and methodological framework in the field of electronic document management and archival storage of electronic documents, electronic documents.

2. Concepts of an electronic document, an electronic document, electronic copies of a document on paper, copies of an electronic document on paper. Integrity and authenticity of an electronic document.

3. Creation and execution of electronic documents, electronic documents. File formats.

4. Working with electronic documents, electronic documents within the framework of ASDOU. Requirements for information systems. Registration of electronic documents, electronic documents. Organization of electronic document management.

5. Formation of electronic and hybrid cases.

6. Expertise of the value and storage periods of electronic documents, electronic documents.

7. Transfer of electronic and hybrid files to the organization’s archive. Compilation of inventories of electronic files.

8. The procedure for storing documents in electronic form, electronic documents in the organization’s archive. Information system of the organization’s archive, AIS «Departmental Archive». Requirements for information systems of organization’s archives.

9. Conditions under which the creation and storage of documents in electronic form, electronic documents without paper analogues is allowed.

10. Transfer of documents in electronic form for permanent storage in state archives.
