On the participation of an employee of the institution «State Archives of the Mogilev Region» in the IV International scientific and practical conference «Archival Dialogue: from the Great Victory to Peaceful Life: to the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War»
On May 22, 2025, the IV International scientific and practical conference «Archival Dialogue: from the Great Victory to Peaceful Life: to the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War» was held at the state institution «National Archives of the Republic of Belarus», in which the leading archivist of the department of scientific use of documents and information of the State Archives of the Mogilev Region Alexander Petukhov took part.
In his report «Provision of qualified personnel to industrial enterprises of the Mogilev Region in 1943-1950: source study aspect» he told the conference participants how the documents of the archival funds of the institution «State Archives of the Mogilev Region» reflect the process of solving the personnel problem at the enterprises of the Mogilev Region in the post-war period.
