Tatyana Buevich, Deputy Director of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region, gave a lecture at the regional advanced training courses for personnel of state administration bodies for heads (managers) of departments (sectors) of culture of city, district executive committees and persons in the personnel reserve for filling these positions, on the topic «The beginning of the liberation of the Vitebsk region from the Nazi invaders (1944). Operation «Bagration»« with the screening of the films «Operation Bagration» and «Liberation of Vitebsk», prepared by BGAKFFD.

During the lecture, an advertising campaign was conducted to popularize the YouTube channel of BGAKFFD.
