05/23/2024 in the institution «Zonal State Archives in Lida» a thematic event was held with the participation of the assistant prosecutor of the Lida district Karpovich Daniil Olegovich on the topic «Investigation of the criminal case on the genocide of the Belarusian people».

D.O.Karpovich announced new information about the investigation of the criminal case on the fact of genocide of the population of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War.

Also, the assistant prosecutor told the archivists about the most common crimes committed in the Republic of Belarus.
