Film lecture for students majoring in law «Young Prosecutor» of the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No.1 of Dzerzhinsk»

On May 2, 2025, the head of the department for the use of documents and information O.M.Dzhenzhera held a film lecture for 11th-grade students majoring in law «Young Prosecutor» of the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No.1 of Dzerzhinsk».

The film «Partisan Republic» was shown, which was created within the framework of the «Open Film Archive» project based on film documents stored in the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.

The students learned about the war crimes committed in the occupied territory of Belarus in 1941-1944. Particular attention was paid to the partisan movement, people’s avengers, and ordinary Soviet people who defended their honor and independence to the last drop of blood.
