On the film lecture «History of the Great Victory» by the institution «Zonal State Archive in Zhlobin»

On April 25, 2025, employees of the state archive of Zhlobin organized another screening of the documentary non-fiction film«History of the Great Victory» in the educational institution«Secondary School No.13 of Zhlobin named after V.V.Guzov», created by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus for the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. This event brought together 236 participants in the assembly hall, among whom were both teachers and students of the 8th, 9th and 10th grades of the school, which indicates a high interest in the topic of historical memory.

The film lecture not only enriched the students’ knowledge of the Great Patriotic War, but also became an important contribution to the patriotic education of youth, which is especially relevant in our time.
