On the film lecture «History of the Great Victory» by the institution «Zonal State Archive in Zhlobin»

As part of the patriotic education of youth and the preservation of historical memory, on April 24, 2025, employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Zhlobin» held a film lecture for students of the educational institution «Zhlobin State Technological College». On this day, students had the opportunity to watch the documentary film «History of the Great Victory», created by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus for the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.

Before the screening, the head of the department Head of the Department of Records, Preservation and Scientific Use of Documents Oksana Pavlyukova gave a short lecture in which she talked about the importance of archival documents and materials for the study of history, emphasized the importance of preserving and preventing the distortion of historical memory about the events associated with the period of the Great Patriotic War, which forever changed the fates of millions of people.

After the screening of the film, everyone present in the assembly hall was given flyers with a QR code for activating a subscription to the BGAKFFD YouTube channel.
