Screenings of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory» by the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida»

From April 16 to 22, 2025, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, employees of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida» held 16 screenings of the documentary film «The History of the Great Victory», prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents. Screenings with thematic lectures were held in the assembly halls of secondary schools No.1, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, Gymnasium No.1, Lyceum No.1 of Lida for students in grades 5-11, as well as in the Lida District Library named after Yanka Kupala. During the days of the film lectures, a banner exhibition prepared for the 80th anniversary of the Victory based on personal documents stored in the archive was shown at Secondary School No.6.
