Employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus cleaned up the grave of the former director of the Central State Archives of the October Revolution and Socialist Construction of the BSSR A.M.Karpachev

Storing the historical and documentary heritage of the country is the main task of archivists in Belarus. The tradition of careful treatment of history at both the macro and micro levels is manifested in various areas of activity of archival workers and goes beyond just professional skills.

Employees of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus also respect the rich history of their institution. A good tradition in recent years has been maintaining the burial place of the former director of the Central State Archives of the October Revolution and Socialist Construction of the BSSR, participant in the Great Patriotic War, Doctor of Historical Sciences Afroim (Efrem) Moiseevich Karpachev in proper condition.

In the Year of Improvement, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, on April 17, 2025, archive workers tidied up the grave of A.M.Karpachev and laid flowers.
