On April 17, 2025, the institution «Zonal State Archive in Lida» studied the main requirements of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 2, 2025, No.11 «On improving the functioning of the system of government and management bodies, strengthening executive discipline» as part of the information day.

The priority tasks of the five-year quality plan were considered, the implementation of which requires increasing the level of efficiency of government bodies and organizations, ensuring de-bureaucratization and optimization of management activities, including through the introduction of modern digital technologies into practical work, achieving a high level of executive discipline, and fostering a culture of responsibility of each employee for the overall result of work.
