Employees of the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region took part in the 2025 Republican Subbotnik, the proceeds of which will be used to build the National Historical Museum of Belarus

This year, the funds earned on the day of the 2025 Republican Subbotnik will be used to build the National Historical Museum of Belarus. The museum’s exposition will reflect all stages of the country’s history and Belarusian statehood.

It is planned that the new building will repeat the geographical outline of Belarus. Each region of the republic will be represented by sculptural compositions in the form of a coat of arms and iconic architectural structures. The museum will be able to receive about 2.5 thousand visitors at a time. A People’s Unity Park will be created around the building. The museum has been awarded the status of an All-Belarusian Youth Construction Project.
