Film lecture for students of grades 9-11 of the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No.1 of Dzerzhinsk»

On April 10, 2025, the head of the department for the use of documents and information of the institution «Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents» O.M.Dzhenzhera held a film lecture for students of grades 9-11 of the State Educational Institution «Gymnasium No.1 of Dzerzhinsk».

The event showed the film «History of the Great Victory», which was prepared by the archive with the participation and support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.

The film tells about the main events of 1941-1945, about the feat of the multinational Soviet people, who brought Victory Day on May 9 closer.

After the event, O.M.Dzhenzhera gave an interview to the STV TV channel. She spoke about the archive funds, about the footage that was used in the creation of the film «The History of the Great Victory».
