Congratulations to Alla Kupriyanovna Golubovich on her anniversary

On April 7, 2025, the staff of the National Historical Archives of Belarus congratulated Alla Kupriyanovna Golubovich, director of the NIA of Belarus in 1995-2012, on her anniversary.

The event was attended by Oleg Voinov, director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, and Andrei Rybakov, director of the Belarusian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Affairs.

Alla Kupriyanovna has extensive life and professional experience. After graduating from the history department of the Belarusian State University named after V.I. Lenin in 1970, she worked as a research fellow at the Vitebsk Museum of Local History. In 1975-1982 – senior custodian of funds, researcher, senior research fellow in the departments of document preservation, information retrieval systems of the Central State Historical Archives of the BSSR. From 1982 to 1984 – inspector of the scientific and publishing department of the Main Archival Administration under the Council of Ministers of the BSSR. In 1985-1992 – head of the reading room, department of information, publication and scientific use of documents of the Central State Historical Archives of the BSSR. In 1993 she was appointed deputy, since 1995 – director of the National Historical Archives of Belarus.

Alla Kupriyanovna was a member of the Heraldic Council under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Archaeographic Commission of the Committee on Archives and Records Management under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Toponymic Commission under the Minsk City Executive Committee, and headed the Academic Council of the National Historical Archives of Belarus. She took part in the preparation and publication of scientific reference books, collections and monographs published by the archive, in the preparation of materials for historical and documentary chronicles of cities and regions of Belarus (series «Memory»), researched the history of the archive of the princes Radziwill, problems of preserving and using the documentary heritage of Belarus. She is the author of numerous articles and radio broadcasts on the history of Belarus. She was awarded certificates of honor and gratitude from the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Main Archival Administration under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the BSSR, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, the medal «Veteran of Labor», the badge «Honorary Archivist of Belarus» (2004).

For many years of impeccable work, significant personal contribution to the preservation of the documentary heritage of the Belarusian people, Alla Kupriyanovna was listed in the Book of Honor of the National Historical Archives of Belarus.
