Employees of the Zonal State Archives in Molodechno have prepared a virtual exhibition dedicated to the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, school principal, teacher, talented organizer, honorary citizen of the city of Molodechno Demeshko Stepan Timofeevich.

During the Great Patriotic War, S.T.Demeshko participated in the partisan movement, in combat operations, and was a scout for the «Groza» brigade. Demeshko S.T. He was a Knight of the Order of Glory, 3rd degree (1949), the Order of Lenin (1976), the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd degree (1985), and was awarded the medals «For Courage» (1965), «Partisan of the Patriotic War» (1950), «For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945» (1946), and «For Valiant Labor in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945» (1946).

On July 12, 1960, Stepan Timofeevich Demeshko joined the teaching staff of Secondary School No.6 in Molodechno, first as a history and social science teacher, then as a director. He worked in this position until 1992 – thirty-two years.
