On March 31, 2025, the Main Department of Justice of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee organized and held a regional seminar on the organization of the activities of territorial archives

The seminar was held via videoconference. Together with specialists from the Main Department of Justice, the head of the department for the formation of the National Archival Fund and office work of the institution «State Archives of the Mogilev Region» took part in the seminar. The specialist of the state archive covered issues on the procedure for developing, coordinating and approving the nomenclature of cases, applying the list of standard documents and conducting an examination of the value of documents. It should be noted that the practice of participating in such seminars is an important aspect in the interaction of archives through the exchange of experience and learning through cooperation.
