On March 27, 2025, a one-day training seminar was held at BelNIIDAD on the topic: «Office work on appeals from citizens and legal entities»

Representatives of government agencies and other organizations, a total of 20 people, took part in the seminar as listeners (in person and remotely).

The seminar was opened by the director of BelNIIDAD, PhD in history, associate professor A.E.Rybakov, who noted the importance of working with appeals from citizens and legal entities in government agencies and other organizations, and also informed the listeners about the scientific and methodological developments of the institute in the field of archival affairs and office work, and the training events it conducts on specialized topics.

The lecturer from BelNIIDAD at the seminar was the leading researcher of the documentation department, PhD in history E.P.Dernovich, who covered the following issues:

– legislation on appeals from citizens and legal entities;
– regulation of the consideration of appeals from citizens and legal entities in an organization;
– application of office management systems (centralized, decentralized);
– registration and accounting of written, oral, electronic appeals of citizens and legal entities, registration of identical and repeated appeals;
– filling out registration and control forms;
– requirements for the content, design of responses to appeals of citizens and legal entities;
– formation of files and storage of appeals of citizens and legal entities and documents related to their consideration;
– analysis and generalization of the results of consideration of appeals of citizens and legal entities.

The seminar ended with a round table, at which E.P.Dernovich and A.E.Rybakov answered questions from the audience.

The participants of the seminar highly appreciated the level of the event, emphasized the importance and relevance of the issues considered, and expressed gratitude to the organizers and lecturers.

Seminars and other training events organized by BelNIIDAD within the framework of fulfilling the instructions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to explain the norms of legislation in the field of archival affairs and records management will be continued.
