On March 18, 2025, a ceremonial meeting was held in the district executive committee of Borisov, at which the director of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Borisov» Potapchenko Valery Nikolaevich was presented with a letter of thanks on behalf of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Belarus and from I.V.Karpenko personally, for conscientious work as part of the commission for the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
