On the visit of the «Mass grave of soldiers-liberators» and the memorial sign «To soldiers and partisans» in the Slavgorod district, Mogilev region by an employee of the institution «State archive of public associations of the Mogilev region»
As part of the events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, an employee of the institution «State archive of public associations of the Mogilev region» visited the «Mass grave of soldiers-liberators» and the memorial sign «To soldiers and partisans» in the Slavgorod district, Mogilev region.
The monument in the form of a stele was installed on the mass grave, in which 212 Red Army soldiers who died in 1941-1945 are buried, installed in 1954. The names of 83 famous soldiers are inscribed on memorial shields installed on both sides of the monument. The mass grave of the soldiers-liberators is located in the village of Letyagi, Slavgorod district.
The memorial sign «To soldiers and partisans» was installed in memory of 123 soldiers and 17 partisans from the special detachment «Thirteen» who died during the Great Patriotic War. It is located in the village of Berezovka, Slavgorod district, Mogilev region.
