Classes for the Young Archivist group were held at the Zonal State Archives in Lida

On February 11, 2025, as part of the pilot project Young Archivist, classes were held at the Zonal State Archives in Lida for the Young Archivist group, created on the basis of grade 9 «B» of the state educational institution «Secondary School No.12 in Lida».

According to the calendar and thematic plan developed by the state archive, two classes were held. During the theoretical lesson, the children were introduced to the system of scientific reference apparatus for archive documents. During the practical lesson, young archivists were told how to search for information in the «Fund Catalog of State Archives of the Republic of Belarus».

Also, the opening of the thematic exhibition «Heroes of the Undeclared War» took place. The exhibition is dedicated to the Day of Remembrance of Internationalist Soldiers. The employees of the state archive prepared and presented a presentation for the exhibition «Heroes of the Undeclared War».
