On summing up the results of work for 2024 in the institution «Zonal State Archive in Orsha» and tasks for 2025

On January 13, 2025, the final meeting of the archive directorate for 2024 was held in the State Archive in Orsha, in the format of a video conference, with the participation of the head of the department of office work, formation and preservation of the National Archival Fund of the Department of Archives and Office Work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Olga Vladimirovna Zayanchkovskaya, first deputy head of the main department of justice of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Marina Fedorovna Bykova, deputy head of the department of state registration of commercial (non-profit) organizations, legal expertise and organization of work of archival institutions Oksana Vasilievna Pashkevich.

In her report, the director of the archive O.M.Bergovina summed up the results of the archive’s work for 2024 and outlined the tasks for 2025, thanked the archive’s specialists for their hard work, professionalism, and high dedication. Particular attention was paid to the issues of strengthening the material and technical base of the archive.

A report on the work of the primary trade union organization of the State Archives in Orsha was made by the trade union organizer Olesya Korban, who summed up the work of the primary organization, touched upon the issues of implementing the collective agreement, the participation of employees in cultural and sports events, noting that the archive administration pays close attention to labor protection and protecting the rights of trade union members.

Olga Vladimirovna, Marina Fedorovna, Oksana Vasilievna thanked the archive’s staff for their well-coordinated work and wished them success in their work in 2025.
