Participation of BGAMLI in the filming of a TV story for the Belarus 3 channel

On December 16, 2024, the Belarus 3 TV channel filmed a story about the Belarusfilm exhibition about children and for children at the Belarusian State Archives and Museum of Literature and Art (hereinafter referred to as BGAMLI), dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Belarusfilm. It is dedicated to children’s cinema, not only the films themselves, but also the creative process that accompanied their filming.

Leading archivist N.A.Mizon in her interview spoke about the preservation of unique documents of Belarusfilm in the BGAMLI funds, the formation of the exhibition and its features. Among the materials presented at the exhibition are literary and directorial scripts, original catalogs, creative characteristics and even documents of films that were being prepared, but due to various circumstances, were never released on the big screen.

Head of the Information Retrieval Systems Department N.G.Pustilnik-Marchuk introduced the features of film production at the film studio, drew attention to the documents of director L.A.Nechayev, presented at the exhibition.

The exhibition «Belarusfilm» about children and for children» will be available for viewing in the reading room of the Belarusian State Archives of Literature and Art (BSAMLI) from December 17, 2024.
