BGAMLI at the opening of the exhibition «Petrus Brovka without a tie» in the Literary Museum of Brovka

On November 28, 2024, employees of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art V.V.Birulya and N.A.Mizon took part in the opening of a unique temporary exhibition «Petrus Brovka without a tie» in the Literary Museum of Petrus Brovka.

Documents from the museum’s collections presented at the exhibition reveal the personality of the people’s poet of Belarus from an unusual side – as an ordinary person with everyday and holiday concerns, surrounded by relatives and friends at home, in the country, on trips and on vacation in his native village of Putilkovichi.

Museum items selected by the curators of the exhibition represent a unique part of the Petrus Brovka fund, which was collected both by the founders of the museum (the poet’s wife and son) and the current employees of the museum. The professional artistic solution of the exhibition allows to reveal the chosen theme as much as possible.
