On November 8, the head of the Military-patriotic Club «Patriot» Tatyana Kosinova and the director of the institution «Zonal State Archive in Bobruisk» Elena Zayats visited Mikhail Volchek, a participant in the Great Patriotic War.
Tatyana Kosinova, the head of the club, opened the doors to Mikhail Timofeevich’s rich past. Visiting the veteran turned out to be a real revelation. His stories reflect an entire epoch. It is a living medium of history that we want to pass on to future generations. We saw old photographs – pre-war, military, awards and certificates that tell about heroism and perseverance.
