An employee of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus took part in a training seminar for employees of the Secretariat of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus

On October 31, 2024, a training seminar was held for employees of the Secretariat of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on archival affairs and records management, in which the head of the records management and formation department of the National Archival Fund of the state institution «National Archives of the Republic of Belarus» Tatyana Anatolyevna Shevchenko took part as a lecturer.

During the lecture, Tatyana Anatolyevna examined in detail the procedure for forming files and transferring them to the organization’s archive, as well as the procedure for destroying documents and files with expired storage periods.

Tatyana Anatolyevna also spoke about the practical application of new legislative norms in the work of the documentation support services of the administration and archive.

After the lecture, the seminar participants received answers to their questions.
