On September 17, 2024, an exhibition dedicated to National Unity Day opened in the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region

The exhibition features individual photographs, personal sheets, registration forms of members of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), autobiographies and questionnaires of deputies of the Supreme Council of the BSSR of the first convocation (1938–1947), who represented the districts of Western Belarus annexed to the BSSR in September 1939.

The presented documents introduce us to the biographies of people who made a significant contribution to the political and economic development of Belarus and illustrate important events of that time.
