Virtual exhibition «Our strength is in unity»
September 17, 2024 marks the 85th anniversary of the reunification of Western Belarus with the BSSR. This event took place in 1939 and became one of the most important events of the 20th century for the Belarusian people and state. The reunification led to the national and territorial unification of the Belarusian people into a single Belarusian state.
The institution «State Archive of Public Associations of the Gomel Region» presents a virtual exhibition of archival documents «Our strength is in unity», from which you can learn how the Gomel region celebrated the reunification of Belarusians in different years.
