On conducting a training session with employees of the Ministry of Justice

On August 30, 2024, as part of the implementation of the instructions of the First Deputy Minister of Justice N.N.Filippova, the director of the institution «Belarusian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Affairs» A.E.Rybakov held a training session with employees of the central office of the Ministry of Justice «On the procedure for determining and calculating the deadlines for the execution of documents (instructions)».

A.E.Rybakov dwelt in detail on the issues of determining and calculating the deadlines for the execution of documents in accordance with regulatory legal acts, including the order of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated October 21, 2021 No.221rp, as well as the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus dated November 16, 2021 No.314r.

The participants of the event exchanged opinions and noted the relevance of the issues discussed during the session.

Based on the results of the session, BelNIIDAD will prepare relevant explanations.
